Chief Financial Officer: Juan Johnson, Jr.
Juan Johnson, Jr. joined Hylton & Company in early 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Juan has over 10 years in accounting experience ranging from non-profit, small business bookkeeping, church accounting, as well as real estate and construction. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Real Estate.
Prior to coming Hylton & Company, Juan spent nearly 10 years at Hercules Real Estate Services as a residential accountant, accounting manager, and a senior accounting manager. Previous to Hercules, Juan spent four years with the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce as an accountant. Shortly before taking his post at Hylton & Company, Juan founded of The Kornerstone, which Juan still operates. This company helps nonprofits, churches, small and medium sized companies with accounting services.
Juan’s passion is to help individuals and businesses build a strong financial foundation. He desires to see people living debt free, and living wealthy while leaving and inheritance to their children. Juan’s goal is to change the financial structure of the world by imparting wisdom on financial literacy.
