Dr. LeQuan Hylton brings extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and construction. As a licensed Realtor and Class-A contractor, he has built his career around helping clients buy, sell, and construct properties that strengthen both families and businesses. Having called Chesterfield County home since 1998, he understands the local market and is committed to delivering high-quality projects that contribute to smart, strategic growth throughout the region.

Dr. Hylton specializes in guiding clients through the full lifecycle of real estate—from acquisition and sales to construction, renovation, and investment strategy. His work includes single-family and multi-family residential projects, as well as commercial spaces designed to enhance functionality, property value, and long-term sustainability. His approach combines market expertise, disciplined project management, and a commitment to craftsmanship.

He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia State University, an MBA from Averett University, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development, equipping him with strong financial and operational insight that benefits clients and partners alike.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience in both private enterprise and public service, Dr. Hylton currently serves as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, where his command has focused on acquisition and oversight of logistics, engineering, and construction operations—experience that further strengthens his expertise in managing complex construction projects.

His professional excellence has been recognized with honors including Style Weekly’s Top 40 Under 40, VCU’s Top 10 Under 10 Alumni Award, the Riley Ingram Sr. Legislative Award, and Associate of the Year by the Southside Virginia Association of REALTORS®.

Dr. Hylton lives in Chesterfield County with his wife, Dr. Nelda Hylton, and their three daughters. Through his work in residential and commercial sales and construction, he remains dedicated to building strong properties, strong businesses, and a stronger community.
