Project Manager: Marvin Harris
Marco Harris, a Richmond native, joined Hylton & Company in 2025 as a Realtor, continuing his family's legacy of service in real estate and construction. He is a graduate of Midlothian High School and the University of Virginia, where he earned a degree in French Language and Literature with a Pre-Medicine focus, demonstrating his adaptability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills across industries and audiences.
Inspired by his father, Marvin Harris—a seasoned and highly respected real estate professional with nearly 50 years of experience—Marco carries forward a tradition of excellence. His father is also a valued member of Hylton & Company since 2017.
Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Marco served as Chief Operating Officer of his family's business, overseeing multiple facets of operations, including outfitting commercial spaces for federal and local government agencies. His leadership in logistics, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance helped establish the firm as a trusted partner.
Marco also worked as a production manager in corporate America, where he successfully led process improvement and project implementation initiatives in high-demand environments. This experience strengthened his ability to manage complex workflows, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Now, he brings a solutions-driven mindset to Hylton & Company’s expanding real estate and construction portfolio.
He lives in Richmond with his wife and daughter. A published author, he is passionate about empowering clients and communities and is committed to delivering excellence in every project, whether residential or government-related. Outside of work, Marco enjoys tennis, golf, woodworking, home improvement projects, nature walks, and spending time with his family.
